Himalayan Tibetan Movement Yoga & Shamatha Meditation Weekend Workshop

Join Buddhist Meditation Master Khenpo Karma Tenkyong for a gentle yet profound exploration of Himalayan Tibetan Movement Yoga and Shamatha meditation. This class weaves together mindfulness, shamatha (calm-abiding meditation), and embodied movement as the foundation for subtle wind-energy practice.

Through these integrated methods, participants will learn how to support the body, settle and clarify the mind, and skillfully work with emotions. This approach offers a holistic path toward balance, resilience, and inner well-being, rooted in an authentic contemplative tradition.
