WEEKEND MEDICINE BUDDHA
TEACHING & EMPOWERMENT
with Khenpo Ugyen Tenzin
Khenpo Ugyen is the Abbot of our home monastery, Karma Triyana Dharmachakra, and will be accompanied by Khenpo Sangye as translator.
During this special weekend program, Khenpo Ugyen will offer Medicine Buddha teachings, Refuge, Reading Transmission, and Empowerment. We warmly welcome everyone to celebrate our Dharma center’s 40th Anniversary through this meaningful weekend of Dharma instruction and practice.
Practiced weekly at KTC Jacksonville, Medicine Buddha is a path of physical and spiritual healing that helps us accumulate the causes and conditions for healing. The Buddha of Healing has the power to recognize the true causes of suffering—spiritual, physical, and psychological—and help alleviate them. Receiving these teachings and empowerment can deepen your connection with Medicine Buddha practice.
