Karma Thegsum Chöling Jacksonville, an affilitate of Karma
Triyana Dharmachakra, was founded in June
of 1986 by the Venerable Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, Abbot of Karma
Triyana Dharmachakra monastery. Our new practice center and shrine room is located at 1258
South McDuff Avenue in the Riverside-Avondale district of Jacksonville, Florida.
There is no charge to attend our
weekly practice. Information is provided about Membership in Karma Thegsum Chöling and Shrine
Room Etiquette at our regular meetings. Additional teachings
are offered on an ongoing basis by visiting Lamas and Rinpoches

Monday: 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm
- Ngondro - A restricted practice for students who have recieved the Ngondro 'lung' .
- Practice starts promptly at 6:30 PM. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

Tuesday: 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm
- Silent sitting & walking Meditation (doors open at 6:45 pm).
- All are welcome to attend.
Wednesday: 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm
- Silent sitting & walking Meditation (doors open at 6:45 pm).
- All are welcome to attend.
Saturday: 10:30 am until Noon
- The practice of the Chenrezig & Amitabha sadhanas.
- Doors open at 10:00 am for silent
sitting meditation practice.
- All are welcome to attend.
First Sunday Only:
- The practice of the Green Tara sadhana.
- Doors open at 9:00 am for silent
sitting meditation practice.
- The practice begins at 9:30 am.
- This practice helps to clear obstacles to the development of compassionate mind, and to bring peace to our troubled world.
- This practice is free of charge and open to the public.
