The practice of the Chenrezik & Amitabha sadhanas with Lama Tsultrim Khandro.
The practice of Chenrezik helps to develop loving kindness and compassion for all sentient beings, the practice of Amitabha is concerned with those beings who have died or may be dying.
Doors open at 10:00 am for silent sitting meditation practice.
First Saturday of the Month - 10:30 am
The full practice of the Green Tara Sadhana with Lama Tsultrim Khandro and Michael Turnquist.
Doors open at 10:00 am for silent sitting meditation practice, with
the practice starting at 10:30 am.
This practice helps to clear obstacles to the development of compassionate mind, and to bring peace to our troubled world.
These practices are free of charge and open to the public.
All are welcome to attend.
A Teaching on the Shrine
Please join us on Saturday, July 24th as Lama Tsultrim Khandro presents a teaching on the Buddhist Shrine.
This will cover all aspects, from setup and opening/closing, as well as the inner and outer teachings on the shrine.
The class will start at 12:30pm, following our regular Saturday schedule, and will be abount 90 minutes in length.
This teaching is open to the public.
